Heather Chartier Heather Chartier is a professional dog groomer who decided after owning her own Top Dog Mobile Grooming business that grooming at a salon (The Doggie Salon) was a better fit. She graduated from the Rochester Institute of Dog Grooming in October 2003. She is certified in canine massage therapy through Equissage located in Round Hill Virginia. Massage and grooming techniques have been successfully applied to her personal companion animals as well as her growing list of clients. Some of whom have conditions such as canine epilepsy and arthritis. Heather is a life-long animal lover, has volunteered for 3 years at Lollypop Farm on Sunday mornings walking dogs as well as participated in pet assisted therapy outings with her best friend, “Casey”. In addition, Heather and her husband, Francis, own Top Dog Professional Pet Sitting Service. Heather lives in Rochester, NY with her soul mate, Francis, and their two wonderful babies—Casey, their black lab mix and Juda, their boxer.
